Pumpkin Patch & Marketplace Opens September 24
Enjoy hay rides, U-pick pumpkins and gourds, kids' play areas, family yard games, nature trails, farm animals, agricultural exhibits, great food and shopping! The Pumpkin Barn & Vintage Marketplace will be full of vintage and antique goods plus seasonal decor, handcrafted gifts and pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins!

Fall Kickoff Vintage + Home Market
September 2-4, 2022
Our summer of vintage + home markets (see www.RuralRouteRust.com for more) concludes with the fall kickoff, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.. The first pumpkins from the field will be picked and ready to pair with corn shocks, straw bales, & mums. The barns and will be full of seasonal decor and antiques to make your home and porch the envy of the neighborhood! Guest vendors will be bringing houseplants and gourmet baked goods!
There is no admission charge for this event.
Military, Police & Fire/Rescue Day
September 25, 2022
Members of the military, police officers, fire/rescue volunteers, and their spouses and children get HALF PRICE admission to the farm. That's just $4.00/person! To receive your discount please present ID at the admission counter. Every other day of the season service families receive $1.00 off regular admission prices!
Grown Ups' Getaway
TWO Dates in 2022! September 24 & October 22!
Whether it's a date with your sweetie or a girls' night out, this is a fun chance to visit the farm after dark! Enjoy hay rides to the U-pick patch, yard games (corn hole, ladder golf, trash can Pong & ring swing), visit the farm animals or just relax next to the fire pit and enjoy great tunes! Sept. 24 features classic party rock by Velvet Elvis, and Oct. 22 features popular country by the Dirty Boots Band. There will be food, beer and wine for sale, and the Pumpkin Barn & Vintage Marketplace will be open for exclusive nighttime shopping! Admission is $12.00, or bring some friends for a 4 for $40 discount!

Dog Day
October 29, 2022
Bring your canine friends (on their leashes, with poo bags handy) to the farm and support a great cause! An admission charge of $5.00 per dog will be donated to a local pet charity*. Human admission is $8.00 for ages 3+. Your dog will love the sights and smells of the farm almost as much as they'll love spending the day with you! Water stations will be provided.
*About this year's recipient, ShelterMe Nebraska: Our mission is to provide safe and secure housing for the victims of domestic violence and their companion animals. A companion animal can often become a tool for an abusive partner to hold power and control in the relationship. If contemplating leaving a bad relationship, the question of what will happen to a companion animal can become an important deciding factor.
There is a gap in community services which provide care for the companion animals of domestic violence victims. ShelterMe Nebraska is committed to treating every victim and companion animal with respect and dignity by providing rehabilitative services through safe and secure housing.
